General Conditions of Sale

1. Object

The purpose of these conditions is to regulate the contractual relationship between CRU PRODUCIÓNS S. COOPERATIVA GALEGA (the seller) and its users, consisting of the purchase and sale of the products it makes available through the website www.cruprod.com. CRU PRODUCIÓNS S. COOPERATIVA GALEGA offers the sale of its products through this website only to end consumers.

The language in which this contract of sale will be formalized is Galician.

CRU PRODUCIÓNS S. COOPERATIVA GALEGA declares that it has full capacity and legitimacy to carry out the legal acts of transaction of the goods that it puts on sale through the website www.cruprod.com stating, also, that it understands and recognizes that with the acceptance of the present contractual conditions is bound in its entirety with respect to the content of these.

CRU PRODUCIÓNS S. COOPERATIVA GALEGA reserves the right to suspend its services in the event that any user does not comply with these conditions in the purchase.

Before making a purchase, the user is asked to read these conditions, as without the express acceptance of these, you will not be able to place the order. In addition, you must read them before each purchase, as CRU PRODUCIÓNS S. COOPERATIVA GALEGA reserves the exclusive right to modify them without prior notice. Similarly, CRU PRODUCIÓNS S. COOPERATIVA GALEGA may modify the commercial offer at any time (products, price, promotions, etc.).

2. Products and prices

CRU PRODUCIÓNS S. COOPERATIVA GALEGA offers the sale of the products available on the website www.cruprod.com. Prices are included with each product in euros and include VAT, not shipping costs, which will be added to the total before the end of the purchase.

All orders are subject to product availability. If there are any issues with its supply, or if there are no items left in stock, the consumer will be notified immediately and any amount that may be paid will be refunded. The brevity of the refund in the consumer’s bank account will depend on the type of bank card and the terms of each bank.

3. Pay

The payment method that CRU PRODUCIÓNS S. COOPERATIVA GALEGA accepts is by bank card.

Once the payment has been made, the consumer will receive an email from CRU PRODUCIÓNS S. COOPERATIVA GALEGA in the e-mail account assigned for this purpose, informing them that the purchase and payment have been made correctly. In addition, the consumer may request that the invoice be sent electronically in the same way or, if necessary, revoke their consent to receive the invoice in electronic format, at any time, by sending us an e-mail to the contact address.

When the payment is effective, the consumer’s obligations with CRU PRODUCIÓNS S. COOPERATIVA GALEGA will be concluded, unless he exercises his right to terminate the contract in case of non-compliance or his right of withdrawal (both listed below).

4. Shipping and delivery

CRU PRODUCIÓNS S. COOPERATIVA GALEGA will only ship to the mainland and the Canary Islands. The shipment will be made through Correos for an amount of 4.87.

The shipment will be made between 2 and 3 working days and will then be communicated via the email provided by the user using the Correos tracking number. Delivery will take between 3 and 5 business days.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November approving the text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 calendar days from the day on which he acquires the material possession of the purchased goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify their decision to withdraw from the contract using the form below. You can use this withdrawal form template, although its use is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication relating to the exercise of this right by you be sent before the corresponding period of 15 days expires.

In case of withdrawal by the consumer, all payments received will be refunded, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice by you of a delivery method other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery we offer) without undue delay. and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you report your decision to withdraw from this contract. This refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless expressly provided otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. Refunds may be withheld until the goods are received, or until the consumer submits proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.

6. Warranty in case of non-compliance

CRU PRODUCIÓNS S. COOPERATIVA GALEGA will be responsible for the lack of conformity of the product purchased by the consumer that manifests itself within two years from delivery. The lack of conformity must be understood in terms of articles 115 bis and 115 ter of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. This lack of conformity must be proven by the consumer. In the event of being accredited by CRU PRODUCIÓNS S. COOPERATIVA GALEGA, and the consumer may demand the correction of the lack of conformity, the reduction of the price or the termination of the contract.

Warranties are not included in the warranty for defects caused by negligence, misuse or mishandling, or for materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

By accepting these conditions of sale, the parties submit to Spanish law and the courts of the city of Vigo (Pontevedra) to resolve any disputes that may arise from this contractual relationship.
